RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Paws For Treats stands behind the carefully selected products we offer our valued customers and as such, if a purchase fails to meet your expectations for whatever reason, Paws will accept your merchandise returned to us in its original, unused condition with pricing tags and labels intact within 30 days of receipt for a full return or exchange. Receipts must be included with all returning merchandise.
Paws For Treats cannot accept returns or exchanges for “Special/custom Orders,” items that have been used or are not in original new condition, personalized and perishable items. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet to the merchandise.

For your protection and assurance, we suggest you send your return via UPS, Federal Express, or by US Postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special Orders consist of those items that are permanently personalized in any way, including but not limited to items that are monogrammed, engraved (i.d. tags), custom sized, altered and those that are not a standard stock item.
GIFT WRAPPING: Gift wrapping is available for a $15.00 fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGES: Paws For Treats strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If however your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order. Please call us immediately at (262) 203-5094. To ensure proper receipt, we do not accept cancellations or changes via e-mail.
STANDARD DELIVERY & FEES: The standard delivery time is 7 to 10 days for in-stock, non-serviced items, although most items ship sooner. Special orders may take slightly longer. Please note that items sent directly from our suppliers or oversize items may take longer. Our shipping prices are based on weight and destination as set by UPS and will be calculated upon check out. Orders are charged at the time of shipment. Items ordered together may or may not arrive in the same box.
STANDARD METHOD OF SHIPMENT: Paws For Treats ships merchandise via UPS Ground. We ask that our customers please provide shipping addresses that can accept UPS shipments (no PO Box, etc.). If you will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your packaged shipped to your workplace, a business, or another location where someone can sign for your package. If you would like your package to be left without a signature, please indicate this in the message box for your order. Please understand that Paws For Treats cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.
Occasionally, Paws For Treats will ask our manufacturer to ship items directly to you rather than from our Lake Geneva store. While Paws ships via UPS, shipments may come UPS, FedEx or otherwise from our manufacturers. Should you have any questions regarding the delivery of such an item, please contact us directly.
LOST PACKAGES: In the event that your order does not arrive within the appropriate delivery time frame, please contact us immediately so we may track the order.
RUSH ORDERS: When a customer prefers, we may be able to accommodate “rush orders.” Please contact us at (262) 203-5094 if you need your order to be rushed and we will gladly attempt to accommodate your request. Rushed orders include expedited shipping, in-house processing and rush ordering through our manufacturers. Please be aware that rush orders will incur an additional fee.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at (262) 203-5094 and we will promptly resolve the problem. Please do not ship the item back as a "Return" without contacting us beforehand.
NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED & UNCLAIMED ORDERS: If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will incur an additional re-shipping charge.
SALES TAX: Wisconsin state residents are charged all applicable sales tax. Non-residents of Wisconsin are not charged sales tax on orders.
